I was hesitant to buy a tree online without seeing it in person but decided to go for it anyway. So glad I did. Free shipping to my front door in just a few days and setup was minimal, had it up in about an hour. I have always had a real tree so I wasn't expecting to be terribly pleased with it but we were all pleasantly surprised. Having a pre-lit tree was definitely a time-saver and worth the lack of aggravation all by itself. Once we added our own decorations it was just beautiful. The only drawback for me was missing the smell of the fresh pine...nothing a few candles couldn't reproduce though. My son bought his tree from a local big box store and paid nearly as much but hates his so much he is giving it away! Should've listened to mom! Don't hesitate if you're not sure about buying online...Treetopia will not leave you disappointed. Thanks y'all!! Oh and the bag that came with it is awesome. Very handy and well-made.

The width of the tree seems thinner then we expected. This is the first time buying such a large tree. It was a bit more then we wanted to spend but found a sale that helped. Some pics in use would have helped us to better decide what would work for our space.

As noted in cons, there were some branches that had no lights at all. The lights are bright, though, and set-up was easy (once I got help carrying it from the attic). I kept finding more branches that I needed to unfold, so the tree did fill in nicely. I wasn't able to secure the pieces quite as well as I'd have liked, but it is staying put.

I purchased this tree for my mother who is 73, and helped her set the tree up. It was easy to assemble(took us 2 hours from start to finish). We used an orderly approach to fluffing the tree. Started with the base row and slowly worked up the tree to the top. There were zero holes in the tree after we were done, and required very little fuss. Once this tree was standing undecorated, it reminded me of a tree that I had purchased from a large department store in the 80's, which had cost me $700. This tree in person looks much better than it's photo. You can't go wrong with this tree.

I purchased the 4 ft tree. It is the perfect size to place on a tabletop. The branches are full with evenly spaced and plentiful lights. It was so easy to assemble and the stand is very sturdy metal, which really impressed me. The additional female socket lets you easily plug in your tree topper decoration without adding an extra cord. Have not seen that elsewhere. No short cuts in quality with this tree. Highly Recommended!

We recently purchased the 12' balsam spruce for use in our church and had all the branches straightened and the sections together in about two hours. Our only concern was a small string of lights in the top section of the next-to-the-top section not lighting. We checked connections, etc. and according to the advertisement, not all should have been out even if one was not working. It does leave a small space in the tree and that is disappointing. Otherwise, we are very happy with the product.

Okay, for those that are on the fence about purchasing form TT & artificial trees in general, GET OFF & BUY! We finally decided after much discussion to purchase an artificial tree, but what, from where & how much to spend. I did my research & ended up purchasing from TT & am very pleased with my decision of company & tree. For those that have reviewed & said this tree was fake looking & skimpy or not full, not sure what you expected, but 1) it's artificial, so get over it 2) you really can't tell it's artificial 3) if you expected it to be fluffy out of the box, well buy a real tree. We purchased a 10' & it took me roughly 7+ hrs to completely fluff the tree out & as you can see from my picture it looks quite full. I would suggest that long sleeves & gloves are a must as you will save your hands, fingers & arms from injury. We purchased it on a 50% of sale so we got it for a great price & figured we will recoup or investment in 4yrs or less as we easily spent $100+ for a 10'+ tree each year. The only downside I can say about this tree is it's heavy, I mean heavy. We opted for an upright treekeeper w/handles as there's no way I'm going to set this up every year. The biggest bag fits a 9' & I'll see if I need to remove the top portion or just leave it sticking out. Either way I'm very happy with our purchase & hope to have many enjoyable years around this tree. Alisa

It was advertised as a 6-foot tree and it is barely taller then me at 5'61/2". For the price that I paid, I really was expecting a fuller tree and it is very sparse. Other than that, it was easy to put together and the lights work.

First Christmas in the new "right-sized" apartment -- Was not looking forward to a year without a tree. This tree is beautiful -- and we chose the "narrow" version so that it could fit on a table. Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Tuesday -- and now I feel festive!

Only October so have not set tree up except to make sure lights work. Appears to be a very sturdy tree with adequate lighting. Wish it were as full as picture denotes. I think it looks remarkably real and am anxious to see it fully decorated for Christmas. I believe it will prove to be a very good buy as well as a lovely table top tree. Just need the pine smell!

Despite the advertisement of lights remaining on when one is out; this did not pertain to our tree. We had several sections w/o lights and had to trouble shoot for loose lights. Otherwise the entire section remained unlit. We found tree branches clipped with plastic clips to the stem. This was an expensive tree despite the end of year discount. You could do better at a wholesale warehouse. We shall donate this tree to a charity.
