This tree is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a 3-5 foot tree to use in my entry hall. The color, shape, and variety of tips look amazingly realistic.

The tree is better than we expected! It is tall and beautiful in our high-ceiling family room. Once fluffed, it is extremely real-looking and all spaces are filled in nicely. I am 100% happy with the tree!

My neighbor set it up so I cannot speak to the difficulty of setting it up b/c I was not there when he did it but it looks beautiful and I do think it took maybe an hour and a half to spread out all of the branches but it looks fantastic.

Once set up tree does not look at all like the picture. Not as full as shown. Glad I got on sale although still not worth sale price. Wouldnt pay original price for it either. Makes me wish I just stayed with the real tree. Could have gotten same tree at [...] and cheaper!

We found it very difficult to connect the lights on the sections of our tree, especially since the actual wiring did not conform to the illustration on the directions. After much struggling we were left with a partially unlit tree and nothing left but two male plugs. Customer service rep we called was unresponsive to our suggestion that the wiring might be defective and gave instructions for return. We learned that there is a 10% restocking fee and that the tree must be returned to a CA address. This will be very costly and quite honestly is a hardship for us. Tree was also not nearly as full as depicted online. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. We feel that the restocking fee should be waived and the shipping on the return compensated.

I have always believed in buying artificial trees but I can no longer lift and move large trees. It was time to downsize on height but not on quality.

Fairly easy to set up. I did it by myself but with help it would go very quickly. The most time consuming part was pulling apart and arranging the branches which next time will not take as much time as I did not repack it so tight. Having 2 types of greenery makes it look more natural.

I was disappointed in the tree. I ordered a 6 foot tree and it was my height in the stand (I'm 5"6"). Additionally, the outlet on the middle section of the tree did not accommodate the plugs necessary to connect to it. I had to buy and use a three-way plug to get all sections to light at the same time!

It was very hard to set up. The screw wold not goin. Branches did not spread well. Hard to hang decorations. Just a disappointement overall for the price that I paid for it.

This tree is very lifelike and everyone comments on it's beauty! I love the tree and I am so surprised that I got such a great deal on it! It was one of the better buys I made in 2009. I waited so late to shop for a tree but I kept hoping for a nice 10 ft tree and I couldn't find one on line that I liked. I found Treetopia accidentally and wasn't expecting much for the money I paid but was totally thrilled when I saw it. Even though the holiday is gone I want to keep it up so I can admire it more!

I was very leary buying such a large item over the internet without having seen it first in a store. Had never heard of Treetopia and it was coming cross country [...]It was a big decision. But it was perfect. The tree was easy to set up (well, would have been had it been smaller.)But all went smoothly, and it was as nice as they say in the description. We've had many compliments.

Everything was great [...]nice packing and storage bags; stable tree when put up (10 feet); looks very real; lights well placed. We've always had a live 10ft. tree so this was going to be an adjustment. The ornaments hang much better on this tree and some people said it was the prettiest tree we ever had. Only thing missing was the nice scent.

Great tree, price was a wonderful surprise! [...] Very easy to assemble and another plus was the the storage bags that were included in the price. We went with the 10ft tree only because we would have had to use the extension ladder for a 12ft.
