I searched for the longest trying to find the perfect Christmas tree at a good price which I found at Treetopia. Since I am a bargain shopper, I didn't purchase this tree until after Christmas of 2009 which means we didn't set the tree up until Christmas of 2010. We purchased the 10 foot tree and just like some of the reviews read, the tree initially was time consuming to set up due to attaching all of the small pine cones however, once that task was completed, it added a very nice touch to the tree. I also love the berries and the "cashmere" look many of the branches have. This tree turned out to be everything I wanted and then some!!!! I was totally satisfied with the online purchase and the delivery.

The tree is beautiful. I got the 10 footer. I like that it came with berries-they add a nice touch that i'd never seen on other trees. I was a little disappointed with the pine cones it came with. I assumed they would be already attached, but they are really tiny and you have to hook them onto the tree like ornaments. So i used them for separate decorations. The tree is a little unstable. I wish it was a little sturdier. I saved a bunch of money getting this tree!

I bought this tree to replace an old artificial without lights. I was tired of putting in each branch and stringing 6 strands of lights! I wanted something a little different, so I chose the Biltmore with the berries and pinecones. I love this tree! It is beautiful with the two different type of needles, and the berries are a nice deep red, not bright, which is what I was hoping for! The pine cones are smaller than I expected, but I am happy about that too. I also like that they come separate from the tree, so you don't have to use them if you don't want too. I set up the tree and plugged it in to make sure everything worked but did not fluff the branches, as I bought this after Christmas. It still looked beautiful like that! I can't wait to set it up next Christmas! The only thing I did not like is how heavy it was. Very hard for me to handle by myself, especially taking it down. I enlisted my husband to help with the set up and tear down. I have forwarned that he will be helping come Christmas time! I also think the tree is too heavy for the stand. I tightened the stand bolt as hard as I could but the tree still leaned slightly to one side. May have to have my husband tweak it so it stands straight for me. Other that that, I love this tree!

I was very excited to receive this tree, and I was not disappointed! It is beautiful! It could not be more realistic looking.... and we have received so many compliments on it's quality and beauty. It was a difficult decision, for me, to go with an artificial tree, but I am so happy I did. The assembly was not difficult, but it was a job. So, I assembled the tree one evening, and decorated it the following day.

After 17 years with our old tree it was about time we bought a new one. We certainly made the right decision visiting Treetopia. Our tree is lovely this year and we've already received complements on it. The family tradition of a little village fits perfectly underneath. There are also plenty of tips for our collection of ornaments. So easy to assemble, I couldn't get over it, and all the lights work. This tree is very lightweight. So much so, I could set it up myself. Our son usually set up our old tree which was just under 100 pounds made with an actual tree trunk. Glad that's over with. Treetopia supplies great products and I'm so happy I shopped there this year. We'll enjoy our tree for years to come Merry Christmas

We love this tree. It's beautiful in our living room, yet calming and not too bright or flashy. It seems to be very good quality. It takes a while to fluff up, so don't be alarmed if it looks cheap before you've spread out all the branches! We've had a few people already ask us if it's real or fake, they can't tell right away!

I replaced a 10 foot tree that required individual branches be assembled. This tree is a joy....and so pretty I may not use other ornaments. Reasonably priced and love that it is prelit. SO much easier than my old tree.

We bought the 7' Biltmore Pine. Once we received it, I didn't care if it was July or not. I wanted to see what the tree looked like standing and of course check the lights. Looked great , even without shaping. After all, it was July. A revolving stand would make our new tree complete. So we measured the trunk and discovered our tree would fit perfectly in a rotating stand. We kept the tree standing in our living room until the stand arrived, which wasn't long at all. This tree was so easy to set up and pack up, I couldn't get over it. Love the berries. We can't wait for Christmas! Thanks Treetopia

Odered after Christmas. I set it up to make sure everything worked. Set-up was stress free! Looks so real. The price was reasonable. Love the berries & soft looking branches! Can't wait til next Christmas to decorate it! [...] Nice surprise!

I spent several hours on the phone with your folks (who were helpfull) getting instructions on how to check fuses but in the end have three branches that would not light and will need to send the tree back
