Beautiful tree but the lights were disappointing. Worked for hours trying to trace the problem, finally gave up. My six year old granddaughter didn't care just wanted the tree decorated.

We couldn't bear cutting down real trees anymore and using potted trees was complicated, so we opted for an artificial tree. That was quite a leap for us, so we shopped around and settled on the O Christmas tree as a nice balance between realistic and affordable. I wanted to stick a candy cane in my eye after how long it took to shape the branches, but this is to be expected at first and that much effort won't be necessary every year if we pack it away correctly. Also, it didn't smell like a Barbie Doll when we unpacked it from the box which arrived three days after ordering. The tree has now been standing in our LR for three weeks and it looks fantastic. Hopefully it will prove durable over the next many years.

Way better than I expected!!!!! So realistic. It took me a while to "turn it into a tree" but well worth it.

The tree is just beautiful! We were hesitant to purchase sight unseen but boy were we glad we did. The tree is so real looking. The only thing we can complain about is that on the 2nd stage half of the lights do not work. turned that to the back of the room.

The lights are bright, and there are so many of them! Wow! The school children love the tree! Only one problem - one section seems to be burned out, or at least not lighting, and we are not sure what to do about that!

We made the decision to get an artificial tree this year since our children (5&2) always start begging for us to put the tree up at Thanksgiving, and our real tree usually looks like firewood by the middle of December. It was hard for me because I've always thought I "hated fake trees." I'm VERY particular about my tree, always want the biggest frasier fir on the farm, etc. I grew up with all real decor in the house from the tree to the mantle to the wreath, so this was hard, hard, hard to buy! But I did, and I could NOT be happier. The tree is stunning and it looks real! Yipee! I opened it the day we got it and put it up. It DOES take time to spread out and arrange (at least 2 hours), but if you take the time, you will not be disappointed. No artificial tree will look good if you aren't willing to work with it. I'm even pleased to say my Mother saw it yesterday, and declared it "beautiful". And coming from her, that translates into something like "it belongs in the White House." HA! Buy it and have a Merry Christmas!

What a great tree. It was everything I expected and more. Delivery time was great. Easy to set up and worked like a dream. I would recommed this to anyone looking for a real looking artificial tree. I have always had a real one so this was a big step and well worth it.

Was a little concerned by a review on the lights, but found them to be fine...great tree, right size, beautiful shape...not real, but as close as you can come!

This is my first fake tree and I love it! I recently discovered that I am allergic to real trees, so I had to go fake even though I was reluctant to do so. I was nervous to buy a tree without seeing it in person, but I am extremely happy with my purchase. It was easy to put up and I love the pre-lit multicolor lights! At our Christmas party last night, guests were shocked to learn that it was fake. Just be sure to fluff out all of the branches and it looks beautiful!

Still love my tree, but there is room for improvement. The top branch should be reinforced to support tree topper decoration. Sections of lights go out at a time; have to wiggle wires and adjust contacts to fix. The wiring looks great, but I would recommend buying unlit tree, and then taking the extra time to do it yourself once, correctly, and be done. I never had these problems with my own lights. Should come with 3-smaller bags for storage; not sure how one person can easily manage carrying one-big-heavy bag up stairs to attic storage. Hope someone reads this stuff and makes improvements.

Part numbers not visible until sections opened up. Instructions should say to fan out tips from trunk side to outside. VERY IMPORTANT to fully open up all tips - some of your customers' photos don't do the tree justice because I think they haven't done this.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I was looking for the Frontgate look at a lower price point. [...] Oh Christmas Tree delivers. In my opinion, the tree resembles a cross between a very full frasier fir and a noble fir. The most visible branch tips are the ultra realistic new (plastic) material and the inner branch tips are the older (papery) material. Everything blends together for a very realistic look. We went with the 9' tree and the only drawback is that there were so many tips that shaping took some time. It was easy to build, came with a sturdy, well designed stand, and included two storage bags. I would recommend this tree - it is very realistic and a value at the price point.

This tree is incredibly realistic. We had been contemplating a fake tree for years, but did not want something that looked fake. Problem solved! It does take some time initially to set up and arrange the branch needles, but it is well worth the time. I don't think people will have any idea this tree isn't real!

This will be great in my living room as the decorative tree. I now will be able to use and enjoy all of our ornaments at Christmas time.
