I ordered my tree in the summer I believe just to make sure that I had it in time for Christmas. In order to make it the best I got black wire lights which only come around Halloween to blend in with the tree. And with the step on light switch I had two different trees. One with the clear lights that come with it and one with the color lights that I could add with the clear ones. I just loved being able to swtich like that. If I had enough money I could have gotten my sisters one. I'm sure to come to treetopia again for a different color for this year.

I've been looking to do a really elegant all-black Christmas tree for a year or two, but the ones I was finding in local stores were not full enough or too small. I have a home with contemporary/modern furnishings and wanted something unique that would compliment my style. I placed my hopes in the many positive reviews of this tree and purchased the 7.5" tall tuxedo tree. I could not be more thrilled! The quality puts the black trees I saw in stores to shame. The "needles" are a highly reflective, shiny black plastic that reflects the lights beautifully. It only took around 15 minutes to set the tree up.

I wanted something more fabulous that really popped! My tuxedo tree is now the focal point of my living room during the holiday season! Visitors have had nothing but kind comments and impressive compliments about it! This tree will now be used in my home from Halloween all the way until the New Year each and every year!

Love the way my tree looks. The green wire lights can take away from it but I bought the Halloween lights (purple, orange) which have black wire and it looks great. My colors are purple, red, green and blue. I can switch up my tree since it comes with clear lights so when I want to be festive I cut on the whole tree but when I want a more romantic setting cut the clear lights off and it's just the purple,red, blue and green. I do love it and if they were at a cheaper price I would have gotten one for my Sis. It sheds alittle but that's okay.

This is a beautiful tree. The "needles" are shiny, which adds a nice sparkle without looking cheap or tacky. We have had the tree for three years now. When we set it up this year we realized that a couple of light strings were completely broken. Unfortunately, it is impossible to replace strings of lights on pre-lit trees. Also, bulbs tend to burn out very quickly. But we like the tree so much that we will probably buy a replacement for next Christmas.

This tree is so beautiful! It looks gorgeous not even decorated. I decorated my tree with Copper, Gold, Bronze and Crystal Ornaments! Friend's come over and are stunned by the beauty and elegance of this tree! It definitely is the "belle of the ball"[...] I ordered the 6ft tree but wish I would have order the taller one! Will be ordering the matching Garland and Wreath for next year!!

Three years in and I still love this tree. It doesn't 'shed' badly, it is still just as beautiful as ever. The ONLY down side is really the same as every artificial tree. Heavy and a bit bulky to store - but well worth finding the right off-season hiding place!

This glossy black tree will take your breath away! Although I have bought this for Christmas I can see using it for Thanksgiving and Halloween. It is the kind of tree people have to comment on because it is so different. The easy set up is wonderful especially having the lights already on it. And it folds up for easy storage. If you want something different I highly recommend this tree.

For the value, this is exactly what we were looking for. A tree that would fit our room and our budget. My wife set up the tree and said it was very full, she had trouble spreading the tree out because she was running out of space on the tree itself to unfold the limbs. Not a bad problem to have to say the least. The final result was was a very pretty, black tree ready for decorating. Treetopia, you rock!

My bf and I bought a house last fall, and when the holidays rolled around I felt compelled to decorate (I know, how domestic). We wanted something that would give us an excuse to leave our Halloween decorations up a little longer, so we went with black. We liked that it was a little edgy, but also still classy. It's definitely a shiny tree, but it's nice tinsel, so it doesn't look cheap (at least we didn't think so, and my bf's pretty fussy). We decorated in purple and silver ornaments, and received many compliments (even from traditional Italian grandma). Overall we're very happy with this tree.
